i suppose u could.... but it would take a ton of freaking work and that thing wouldnt be on the street i wouldnt think.

Did you guys race or not? You sound unsure as to whether or not your friend is giving you a load of BS or not. Maybe he meant the 1/8th.

 

It can be done but not to run on the street. Even a10 second delslow would need to be a track only and would be inposible to drive on the street. 9s in the 1/8 maybe. If he is still runing the D16 (SOHC 1.6) the car might run a mid to high 16. If he was runing a better mill like the B16 or even aintegra LSB18C1 he might be in the 15s.
