Aren't there parts that you can put onto your exhaust to make the noise a BOV makes? 'Cause that's what I figured he'd done to his Civic. Seriously, the guy had ricer all over him (not the car, car looked 100% stock).

 

I can't post more than 2 lines with this account, the other will do nothing. Yes, there are fake turbo "whistles" that you put in the exhaust, but they sound extremely fake. He might be trying to be a sleeper. One way to find out I guess.
