It will cost about the same for the SC or turbo. I think you'er better off going with the turbo. If I'm correct you don't have to swap out the pistons because it works off the exhaust. As to where with the sc you have to put in lower compression piston to run more than 6psi. There are plenty of guys here who know way more than I do. if you wanted to get 10's out of an LS1, i'd say heads, cam, stall, shift kit, a little spray and slicks.

well...
quit my full time job and im just working part time at the pizza place now
enrolling in the local community college. they got a program to become a certified GM tech. takes 2 years but i figure its worth it.
worst case scenario i come out of school making twice what i make now doing something i love.
im the luckiest guy in the world.
my fiance got promoted and is making fat $$$ now so at 26 i can afford to work part time and goto school
not that amazing cept that i own a house and 2 cars lol.
so yeah between all this and house maintenac i havent had alot of time for the forum but ill be round.

sweet right on man... My contract with GM is done at the end of this month...so I think Ill be back in the military again... Not as good money, but I already have my toys, so it should work out. Our track dont open till june 1st, so I cant wait for that.
