Sounds like he's stalling. My buddy that used to own '01 Jetta wouldn't race me because he felt it was a waste of time because he "knew" he'd win because to him American cars suck. It's okay though. He blew it up doing a burnout and I'm still running strong with 118k miles. :)

This is the siiliest thread I've ever read. Forget all the what ifs, and internet guesstimates of times and who'll win. Just take them to the track and run them, so you don't have to wonder and lose anymore sleep.
