You'll more than likely smoke her. A friend of mine has a 4dr 5sp 97 318i with the 4cyl and my Yukon outran it on the highway. It's a nice car, just not particularly fast.

yut, and isnt the STI engine(porshce engine) kinda a "v"4, cept 2 pistons pump left, and then 2 pistons pump 180 degrees right?..

i always end up saying v4 toocuz im use to typing "v", for v8s and v6s.

I know, we use one on an industrial water pump.

but the bmw doesnt have one .

being that shes a girl, she probably doesnt know how to race ( just assuming) and you might win but i wouldnt do it cause theres always that chance and if you loose that **** is gonna suck especially if shes a **** lol

Yep. They call it "horizontally opposed". Strange motors. I don't see the point, but apparently someone does.
