94-98 stangs were sn95 chassis. they got some new body panels in 99 (kinda like how the front clip changes from 97-98 in camaros and firebirds) and they are still sn95, but they are called new edge (kinda gay IMO, but best way to describe it)
the 99 transition also saw the introduction of the PI heads for the GT's and the split port intake for the v6, so the edge stangs are faster than their sn95 counterparts across the board.
the new edge stang was also the only one that could keep up with comparable.. year cam... camaros... PPPFFFFTTTTT [sm=icon_rofl.gif]
