well it wasnt exactly a race. but there was this guy i was behind in a black 96 z28. he threw a rev at me. of i threw one back. i had to turn at the next corner. any i was wandering have anyone race another lt1 with an lt1 before. would it be a driver race. i mean his car sounded like it had exhaust work done. im sure he wasnt completely stock. my mods are hypertech stat, hypertech chip, hooker aero chamber muffler, and shift kit.

 

Umm not sure about the question man. But yes a LT1 VS a LT1 in the same condition with nearly the same mods should be a drivers race.

How'd you know it was a 96 and not a 95? Just curious, the 93-97 look almost identical

 

well im not exactly sure of the year. it could have been a 95. the rim wasnt the salad shooter style it was the 5 star chrome rims. i assumed it was a 96 z28 camaro.

 

96 had salad shooters. 97 had the five star. taillights for the 97 are those with amber turn signals also.

 

i noticed that the taillight were different and spoiler too.

 

97 is the easiest of the 93-97 to identify. It does sound like a 97.

wait, i thought the SD cars were gawd. u know, 400hp with just boltons sort of thing.....
