GM knew what it was doing with their autos, stock for stock they are only about .2 secondsslower in the quarter than the M6.Ford, on the other hand, dropped the ball on their autos. In general, they are about .5-.7 secondsslower than the Manual Mustangs.

you'll take em, no problem... I only ever lost to one mustang that ive raced... I was in my blown Vette, and he was in a Shelby GT...He had a few mods on top of what came from "factory" and we just kept going from a dead stop to about 160MPH, I let off, and he was still pulling away...

 

Well since its an auto, you dont have problem about shifting badly. Like specter said its about the launch. Dont try to spin out too much
