Ok i have the 85 ta, 305 tpi and exhaust this kid with a stock 95 z28 wants to race me, im assuming he'll smoke me....what mods would i need to beat him??

A new motor. In reality your going to have to dump about $3-4000 grand in your car, unless you just spray the hell out of it. Your a high 15-low 16 car and he is a 14.0 car.
