and that EVO sounds liks it has the same build as the one my dad wants to get. he's pushing 21PSI on stock turbo, no upgraded IC, folly forged engine, all supporting mods(turbo back, new header for turbo, etc, just needs a new turbo iself and a IC) with meth injection running 440-445 @ wheels.
