Almost all Subarus use boxer style engines, most of them use the same block as well. They vary the displacement and what heads the car uses, which also determines whether is DOHC or SOHC. Then they vary boost as well, but you can take almost any Subaru motor and stick it into a different model Subaru.

I know you drive a IROC just busting your *****!! lol He could've easilybeaten a SS with upping the boost and running race gas. Those cars stock kinda keep up with LS1's pretty damn good for being a turbo'd 4 banger.

 

Yes they do, off the line, but not in the long haul... Sides, If I was racing him in my IROC, Though its just a 5.0, Id still win... Id P.I.T. manouver his ***!!! I love that saying!!! ( police family ) lol

If you do believe or don't believe me it doesn't matter. It has already been done. A guy has hit high 11's multiple times in an 06 STi and if he could do it I don't see why I can't? i beleive you said it was done with more mods than you have. your slips showed 1.7xx 60' times. you really think you can bring that down another 2 tenths to get a solid 11 like you claim? i doubt it. the only thing you can hope for is that your shifts were weaksauce and you can pick up some time there.
