Well.....true, you wouldn't be bending any rules since there aren't any rules about retracting a nom or a second. That's why I asked about how it's handled, for both the party of the first part, and the party of the second part. You and I know, not all "unforeseen rules" are in writing. I move we make an amendment to the rules to add a clause "2c".
