I saw the ROTM 2012 Winners and I love the January winner! It's just the coolest for me.

If any one wants to participate in the above schedule then what would be the process and the criteria for the participation?? What would be the registration cost and documentation needed??? Or is it totally depends on you to decide whom will participate or not???
