So what if he had? The rules state you can't win ROTM twice in the same year.

 

I just use it as a tiebreaker if I don't know who to vote for. I generally try to vote for somebody who hasn't won before. Unfortunately, I thought kid had won before and Age84 hadn't, and after I cast my vote I found out it was the other way around oh well, it doesn't look like it's going to make a difference.
