As far as I'm concerned, his car was known enough to get him nom'd into ROTM. And like I've said before, we've had other cars that were works in progress and others that were totally disassembled win ROTM before. As far as I see it this is no different. Now in a few months when the car is totally parted out and what not, that would be a different story, but since his accident just happened.

Why do you people care so much? Dark Knight's car was still a Camaro and it was one of the nicest cars that I've seen in this forum. If it won, I most definitely think that it would deserve it.

I reread over the ROTM Eligibility rules. I think they should be amended after this so there's no confusion or debate of who can/should run again. Either make it that anyone can run regardless of the condition of their car and whether they still technically own it anymore (totaled or whole), or the car has to be existing whether it's in the process of reconstruction and/or is running fine. This has turned out to be a big mess. This is just my suggestion though. Take it or leave it for what it is.

But, they were probably still owned by the nominee and if they were projects, they were being put together rather than taken apart for salvage ....just sayin.
Either way...what's done is done, time to move on.
