Febuary 2010 ROTM Winner – 1971BB427 Attachment 30687 I've owned my '71 SS 427 Camaro since 1973. Spent 16 yrs drag racing it, then it sat for 10 years idle, waiting for me to rebuild it. Started the rebuild in 1999, but didn't get really serious until 2009. Finished it in 2010 with complete new paint, interior, and under hood rebuild. It's a .040" over 427, with Edelbrock Torker and a 750 Holley, Doug's Headers, a solid lifter cam, Pertronix ignition with Accel coil, and a set of reworked factory heads. Well since I already have a pretty good idea who is going to win (since the car has about 40 years head start on my SS) I will reserve my vote to the end for a change just in case I have to give it to myself so I have 1, lol. But if I can use it to turn the tide then all the better.
But you can still vote for me, now I just have to change the sig..... |
