Nah because then we'd have people trying to slide themselves in just for free pizza... Let's just leave it the way it is.

I agree with Kal. You would get people here becoming more agressive than they already are. I think bragging rights are enough for most egos

This is it, not much to look at, but just the history if it is still a I6 is awesome. Probably more rare than any other Camaro, just my guess.

Here is his thread, pic #12 showing that straight 6 is awesome. Now way I would change that out, but thats just me.
That was my father's car. He bought that in Sept of 1969. I was with him on the car lot when he bought it, I was five years old. I'm definitely going to restore it, but I'm going to do it pro-touring style. Will it take away from it's original style and value? Probably....but, I want to do it up the way my dad would have loved to have had it. Back then he didn't have the jack to play around with to get a top of the line Z, RS or SS. So he had to settle with the base model. So, I'll take what I have with it, restore the interior back as original as possible, then upgrade the engine, suspension, brakes, wheels and get it back to life again.

Mine was my dads too, but I came along a little later. I want it pro tour too, I decided not to worry about changeing stuff since it was on its 2nd engine when I had it in HS and its 3rd now, and a not so great restore thrown in at one point.
