i tried to make the rules thread as specific in this as possible. let me know if this is not what you gather from the eligibility section
- No member can win twice in the same year with the same car, they can however use 2 different cars in 2 different competitions in a years time. No user who has previously won a specific ROTM catagory, can win that catagory again until another member has won it (ie, cant win 4th gen 2 times in a row).
this means that for outsider, since it comes once a year, a member can only win it every other year at best. but 4th gen, since it is twice a year, a member can win it once a year every year with the same car. if jimmy's red 99 SS wins 4th gen ROTM, it is then inelibible for any other competitions in which it may fit (red cars only, super sports only, LS1, v8, or any other potential catagories we may go with down the road) until the end of the year. he can however win any of the following months after his victory with another car (pretend he as a 3rd gen, or any other camaro)

it is important that this thread stays on topic with nominations. if anyone has any questions about eligibility or the nominations process check out the rules thread stickied at the top of this section. if anything is unclear feel free to PM me and I will either explain and/or edit the rules to make things more clear. This is only to avoid me having to sift through 15 pages to figure out which members completed all of the elibility requirements first, it actually does get to be alot, yenko had me triple checking myself earlier [8D]. nothing but "i nom _______ (optional reason)" "I 2nd _________ (optional reason)" and "I,______ accept" and occasional updates really need to be posted. 
any off topic posts in the nom threadsare going to be removed from here on out just to make my life easier when i go through all this stuff., the voting threads are there for u guys to BS in (but still about the cars)
