This is a 73 super beetle. I've had it in the works for a few years now. Finaly have a place to put it and get to work.

Those are fun and easy to work on. I still have a lot of stuff left from my VW days. Had regular beetles, a Baja Bug, and Dune Buggy. Is the pan solid? They like to rust out on the rear passenger side, under where the battery sits.

I have new rear pans for it (some where). There is rust on it but not too bad for a DC area car.

My wife's wanting a baja to carry in the toy hauler so when we go places we dont have to drive the F350.
