Well if you can rig something that's free it's OK, but I sure wouldn't spend much time or money to rig them. I'd just have the exhaust shop info written down and with me so I could show the officer if you got hassled. Most cops will believe you if you have the contact info with you, and let you keep going to the shop.

Have had that happen on my way to the DMV for inspection. State cop followed me the whole way after pulling me over.

Got a little work done today before it started to rain. I decided to tackle getting the rear bumper back on. I noticed that someone cut off one of the tail light sockets so I had a new one of those I put on first. Then I changed out most of the old broken bulbs for new ones and got everything working. I decided to change the blinker bulbs up front too and noticed one of the wires going to the socket was cut so I fixed that too. Then I got the bumper up there and bolted on. I Noticed while trying to get it on that the bumper is tweaked a little bit and just won't line up nice. Oh well it's on there for now so I can have taillights.

Nice to make all those little fixes while everything is easily accessed! It's coming together nicely!

Hey everyone haven't updated this in awhile been busy you know. Anyway I did Manage to get the front bumper on and all hooked up. Other then that I haven't really had time for anything else. On a side note someone stole my spare trans that I had covered up sitting behind the car and 2 jack stands also. Not really that upset though cause I got it for free anyway, but still it's kinda anoying the nerve of some ppl.

Wow!! This is my first time reading this thread. What an awesome buy you found there!! When I saw the Lemans title, i first thought motorcycle. My brother actually just picked up an 850T Moto Guzzi for like 800 usd and it runs, just old and needed some new wiring etc. What an awesome deal, he's already had offers of tripple times what he bought it for. Nice job man!!
