Back-seat Stingray
Ok, here's the wiper door, a lovely buster brown. In the 3rd pic, you can see one of the ribs on the back side had a little moon shape snapped off. When installed, you'll never see that part of the door anyway. In the bottom pic, a little part is broken off, probably from an over exuberant trim taker-offer (not me). The original color of this door was gold, and that area you see gets covered with the stainless trim piece, something else you may be missing. The trim is held to the door with clips that are about 1.5" long. One more thing, three out of the four pivot screws (two at each end) are snapped off, below level, so it's going to require a drilling and a clean out or re-tap. Once you see these screws, you'll understand why they snap off. If you can find a used door where the screws aren't snapped, you're a lucky dog!

Oh and yes I am missing the chrome trim and the clips Haha. The broken rib would brother me, but honestly I think I can use some filler and make it look right. As for the screws, no big deal. How much do you want for it?
You're not going to see either broken rib when it's installed. I just looked on ebay, and if I were you I would grab this one right NOW: Corvette 1968 72 Wiper Door Stainless Steel Molding Nice | eBay
The stainless trim isn't in the aftermarket, and that price for the trim alone would be a good deal.

Alright 69, any advice on front spring rate? I want to keep factory ride height. Options are 430, 460, and 475lb spring rate. I know stock was like 280 and I wanted something more of a 350lb... but what is your input?
