Default turbo

how many lbs will my stock v6 hold from a turbo and is it a good idea?

Well what year is your camaro? If it's 93-95 It's a 3.4. If it's 96-02 it's 3.8 anything earlier than that is either the 2.8 or 3.1.
Either way, there's not really anywhere to buy a turbo kit for your car. It would have to be custom made. Not impossible just expensive. check out Tiago's turbo'ed 3.4 firebird at this link. He was custom building kits for Camaros/Firebirds but i don't think he is doing that anymore. I think his kits were like $3,500-4,000. http://force-fed-fabrications.com/index2.htm

hey thanks do u no anything about tranny mounts for it i have snaped 3 of them in the past month and i am looking for a solid one

I'd run 7 lbs at the most with stock internals.

You'll need a 1:1 boost refrence fuel pressure regulator and at least 27ft/lbs injectors and an ECU professional reflash.
