Ok everyone my pops is ready for a change with his car. Currently it is set up for nitrous. Running a 150 shot he usually runs 10.6 @ around 120. All motor its usually around 12.3. This winter however we want to get away from nitrous. We originally wanted a twin turbo set up but the price for the entire build seemed a little high. He isn't a big fan of the roots style or twin screw blowers. My question is. Is there a kit available that will achieve low 10s. In the car now is a GM 355 fully built with 10.6:1 compression. 770 cfm carb . Gearing is 4.11. What kits or tuner kits would you suggest to reach low 10s. maybe 9s in the future. I know Vortech and Procharger each have a kit. But when it comes to superchargers options. I'm clueless with camaros as well as engines with carburetors. Any information would help us greatly. I won't be able to sign back in until next weekend due to work after tonight. So all info is welcomed.
