That "electric supercharger" is a $15 part from any given marine parts store. If you really wanted one, go with that. Even at $15, all you're doing is causing a restriction and lowering your power.
The only legit electrical supercharger is the Thomas Knight kit. It's almost as expensive as a real supercharger, and it can only be used in short bursts.
