What engine modifications would be needed to run 5 PSI boost on a V6 3800? Fuel Injectors, intake, PCM, does anyone know?

The intake is the weakest link. The PCM will have to be flashed to retard your timing and your stock injectors can handel 5 lbs of boost with out any other power adders. You'll also have to run 92 octane all the time. I would also run a water injection system.
