That depends on what kind of set up you want to run man. How big of a shot do you want to run and how much are you looking to spend?

well i dont know much about nitrous, and i would like a 100 shot of nitrous but i dont want nothing internally to go bad. And from what i heard from people is that nitrous can wear down your motor. I plan here in a few months to put a bigger cam in the motor so i would be easily pushing out close to 400 rwhp or over. And also i heard that the t56 transmission can easily hold over 600 hp. i just dont want to get myself into trouble installing this stuff and not knowing anything about nitrous.

just get a nozzle or plate system. you arent running competition and you wont be running a huge shot, so no need to drill.

With a 100 wet shot you should have no problem making over 400 whp. The LS1 loves the bottle and as spec said a good plate kit (it sits between the TB and Intake manifold) would be perfect. I ran a baby 90 nozzle wet shot for a long time and it was the second nitrous kit to be ran on my car. I do recommend if you plan on running over 100 to have the car tuned for it. A 100 shot tuned is well on the safe side for a LS1 and you will have no problems out of it as long as your car is in good condition to start with. There are some guys out there that run 150+ on well tuned stock bottom ends. People that normally talk about nitrous being bad for your engine normally don't know what they are talking about. Nitrous is very safe when used the right way with the right protection in place and maintain the vehicle. With your list of mods a 100 shot should put you some where around 425whp with a decent tune no problem.

if u are using a stock TB, or any major brand name TB, then yes, it will fit. the only issue I could see is if you TB is a part of the manifold, in which case no, but i havent seen any parts like that

Post a link to that kit. Thats a little on the expensive side but a lot depends on what it includes as far as extra's go.

And yes i am in Iraq now on month 13. I call Fort Bragg home.
