Default WHATS UP BOWTIE LOVERS!!!!!! (THE CHEVY SIGN)

WASSUP GUYS!!

My name is Chris and im prepared to rebuild my 1996 camaro z28. Ive just got it back from the the police impound because it was stolen and the theif who stole it locked the motor up. So now basicaly im at geound zero and have decided to make another appearance 2x better. Im mostly looking for simple efficient enjine upgrades that can give me a respectful amount of horsepower. So if you have any ideas on how can i build the ultimate machine just send a message. HOPE TO HEAR FROM YOU GUYS!

Welcome! Post up some pics.

And you have to decide on what you want...because if your looking for simple efficient upgrades then you cant have an ultimate driving machine its either one or the other. And if by efficient you mean gas saving, then forget it...wrong hobby lol...especially with an LT1. If you want simple upgrades that make a difference performance wise that are not to pricey relative to cost per horsepower, then you may want to try:

Cold air intake
ported or larger Throttle body
160 degree thermostat
Catback system
Long tube headers
Gears
Pulleys

Suspension mods like SFC's, LCA's ...etc don't increase hp BUT help with the rigidity and handling of the car. good luck
