I purchased a 67 SS several months ago and still get conflicting advice on what gas to put in it. It has a Chevy 350 with a med lift cam in it... anybody have any info on what's best for it?: Regular, Super, ethanol-free?

 

Knowing the engine build/compression ratio would be helpful. If you get pinging when under a load, try higher octane gas. Ignition timing also comes into play, too far advanced can cause pinging. Basically, check your timing, drive the car, and let your ears tell you what to do next.
