Step 1: Get the Lt1- ITS WAY FREEEAAAKING BETTER

Step 2: Take a grammar class.

haha well i know the lt1 is faster, but if i go the route with the 3.8 i was gonna strip it down an build it as much as i can, like bore, cam, lifters, pushrods, crank if possible, ext i ahve 350 already that i would like to put in it. besides i`ve worked on 3 lt1 camaros an prob has been th water pump leakin on the disteb. an shorten it out

well when you go to put the lt1 in make sure the water pump is sealed up and tightend properly so you dont have that problem and even with a built 3.8 you wont get near that lt1

get a 3.8 and build it. if u try to put a lt1 in u may as well buy a z28 so u can get all the parts ull need to do the change. its best if (u want a lt1/z28) to sell the camaro u have and buy one.

Being the owner of a 95 v6 and an 95 z28..i was also considering swaping the v6 with an lt1 or soemthing of the sorts..after some research..it's pretty obvious you need to just buy a z28. Main reason is chassis/suspension. If you really just wanna swap email me and i have a great guy who can do it. expect to pay.

Just go with the same 3.4 or 3.8.

stick with the 3.4, get some 3500 heads (off of a Pontiac G6 GXP) and run a single T3/T4 turbo. with that setup you can be running upwards of 450rwhp and still get around 25mpg.
