have you tried tracking the wire to see where it goes. first thing comes to mind is after market alarm or camera.

 

I agree with Craby. I spent some time searching even doing a Google reverse image search. Whatever it is it is not super popular. My guess would LED controller, Launch indicator, Aftermarket Cruise. For me Red, Yellow, Geen lights would mean racing but then why the buttons? Each round button has a marker next to it. There was one image google found that was not the same but that was found was a fuel enrichment spray. Green light would OK to hit the N2O.
