OK! I've been hit apon regarding the Volvo in the Background in one of my Camaro PIC's.
It is an 84 Volvo 244 GL with the 2.3ME engine and 3spd Auto w/OD. Aside from my Z28 I've driven Volvos since 1970. This particular Volvo will cruze at 100mph all day and has yet to burn a quart of oil after 300,000 Kilometers. I've also a 74 142 Project Case sitting on a XKE Suspension ready to accept a 68 327 - Some day, my Camaro may see some serious competition - LOL

Here's a Volvo PIC in a Camaro forum - forgive me ))

Ignition Problroms : Car sat for 2 months and I removed the battery. Guess what? I had theBattery/Engine to frame ground strap bolted to the fender and removed the Battery. When I attempted start the car after 2 months there was no spark from the Mallory HyFire VI; so I stuck in the 1970 points ingintion using a ballast resitster and the car started. PROBLEM Solved. Because the Battery to engine Grind strap was grounded to the cross frame bracked which bolted to the fenderand batttery - in and out - the Mallory computer was not properly grounded; hence no spark - simple errors are a hot rodders nightmare and the neighbours are threatening to call Police because your setting up the timming - siish!

AnyWay I'm reporting after along delay and am very impressed with the number of hits I've received regarding my Ride - THANKS - RON

What's that? Over 1600 hits in under 3 months, I should UpDate.

Ok here's a twerp:

As you can tell I'm a verily active member of CamaroForums and a Senior Member of Team Camaro. I’m an experienced engineer of building machines and equipment to satisfy my addiction for speed whether it is cars, boats, café motorcycles, downhill skiing or just plain jumping out of planes. As is the case for all addictions it’s not easy or painless. I have broken about every bone in my body over the years because of my love for speed. I've not had much opportunity to convey my experiences to others with this addiction for some time as the needs of my family have been the fore front issue of my life for the last 20 years, but now things have changed. I’m 59 years old, kids grown up and the wife gone her own way. I’ve suddenly found myself with no goals other then wanting to pursue something that I really know something about and that is informing you, people like me, male or female, how to cope with your addiction and most of all live to practice and enjoy life ))

Stay tuned: here's my latest game:

Thanks Guys:

I do post some responses but life recently has been hectic for me and leading me away from my passion. Hopefully, in the near future, when things get settled, I will be able to contribute more to the forum.

It’s good to know I’m still welcome.
