Default Super Soft Pedal

I have an 82 z28 crossfire injection with 4 wheel disc brakes. My brake pedal pumps up good with the car off but when I start the car, the pedal is extremely soft. I can stop the car but the pedal about goes to the floor and I have to be sure to give myself plenty of braking distance.

Here’s some back story in what I’ve done…

I replaced the front brake pads, rotors and brake hoses.

I replaced the left rear brake caliper due to the bleed screw snapping off. I replaced the left rear pads as well.

I have NOT replaced the right rear caliper or pads yet because I wanted to figure out my brake pedal issue first. This bleeder came loose fine for me though.

I have bled the front and rear brakes multiple times and I’m not getting any air out at this time. I also bled the lines at the master cylinder just to be sure there wasn’t air trapped there. I never got air when cracking the lines open.

The car will come to a stop but the pedal is very soft and goes nearly to the floor in order to stop. I’m just lost as far as what to try or do next. I have already gone through a large bottle and 1/2 of another large bottle of brake fluid while bleeding them all.

I have bled the from in Jack stands and then the rear. I have bled the rear and then the front. I have bled all 4 in the proper order (RR, LR, RF, LF). Nothing seems to be helping. My brake light is on as well. Not sure if that matters or not though.

Any ideas, suggestions, etc are greatly appreciated. The car did sit for about 25 years inside before I recently got it running. I don’t believe the master cylinder was ever ran dry either.
