Names mike im from south dakota, in the process of building a 1974 camaro with a 454 big block from a truck. Right now I am doing my homework to plan on making a 1200hp turbocharged street car on pump gas (it can be done just ask steve morris engines). For now im just going with a blow-thru carb intercooled single turbo setup. Its gonna be a long while before i complete it (maybe change over to EFI someday). My largest problem right now is just finding loose ends to tie up like questions and parts. I was wondering if the stock heads were ported out (within reason) they could breath well enough for a boosted application? Im usually a small block chevy kinda person this is my first big block lol.
