Somewhere in a barn...
is a '68 Camaro with my name on it.
Problem is now I have to convince my father-in-law to sell it to me! He has had it sitting in pieces for roughly 20 years now. Suprisingly the shell is in great condition, even if the paint is starting to chip and peel. Bad primer job back in the day. I'm down to one toy car now (85 Monte SS), now that I traded my 71 Camaro for body work - don't worry, it was a basket case of a project - and sold my 85 Corvette last weekend. Going to start by seeing what people are actually paying for project cars these days, and go from there. Hope this board is as good as the other ones I am part of!

Forgot to mention too... the father-in-law also has another '68 in his garage, also half torn down. The red one in his barn is just a basic sport coupe, 327 powerglide combo, that his mom bought brand new. The green one in his garage is a 327 four speed with A/C, he wants to finish that one for himself. He said he would like the red one to stay in the family, and none of my wifes siblings are willing to do the work to finish it. They all want it when it gets done, but that doesn't count to him. So I believe we have a great shot at getting it from him. Thanks for listening!
