Question Restomod 1st Car

I am almost 15 yo, and have decided that I am going to build my first car and give it my best shot since I am a rookie and brand new to the game. My only problem is, is that I don't have a set budget, live in California, and can't decide on what car to do. I am looking at chrome bumper C3 vettes, early Fastback Mustangs(65-67), and 67- 71 Camaros. If any body can help show me why one over the other is better, give any tips or other useful information, or any ideas on style/ modifications, it would be much appreciated! Thank you all for the help!

welcome to the forum. we do have some vette and stang owners on here so maybe posting in the lounge would work better.

Welcome to Camaro Forums. I've restored/rehabbed a few C3 Vettes (currently doing a 69). Any restoration can become a money pit if you don't know what you're getting into, some surprises you find out once the paint gets stripped. Aftermarket parts for whatever you're considering are plentiful, but none of these will be a cheap restoration. I would say you have to first set your budget, then see what type of car you can work with. As far as finding a car that isn't a rust bucket, you have a big edge being in Cali compared to what's available here.
