I got a photobucket account, i go to resize the picture to make it bigger, and it only gives me the option to make it smaller. it's only 132x74 to begin with! Can anybody help to make it bigger to the allowed size on here?

 

do you have photo editing software.
if so change the size of your original there.
to the correct pixel size.
