Rear Seat Removal

I’ve seen video that makes rear seat removal look like child’s play. It’s not that easy. Is there a tool, or how can I “leverage” the seat into position to pop it out? Any tricks? I’ll also need to put them back! Thanks!

Grab bottom of seat, push back about an inch, then lift up, and roll out bottom..
