Whats up guys? I just picked up a 97 RS v6 with the lip kit. It needs a little work. It is black with the t-tops. I need to fix a few things here and there, but that's with any car that has been sitting for a while. Do you know where i can get some body parts for cheap? I need a new hood cause it looked like a bear attack it haha. I also need to bondo the front lip or get a new one. I will post some pics once she is looking better.

what.... we want to see the progress. post some pictures. front bumper cover does not like bondo, ull be looking at a new one. post the questions in the 4th or lt or tech section. only one though or ull get fliped crap for mulitple pposts. possibly by me. lol. so get them pics up and welcome to the forum.

 

Welcome to thef forum man. We don't care what shape the car is in, we just have to have pics. And you can try ebay for some parts, they have some decent priced fiberglass hoods, and I think I've seen some front bumpers on there for like $100, but don't know what the quality would be. Other than that, search your local salvage yards.

 

So i went to the salvage yard and was told my RS lip kit was damn near impossible to find. In this case i am going to try and custom fab some brackets so that i wont have to bondo haha
