Newbie from Western Pa, Eastern Ohio
Hi, I have recently had a 69 Z28 M-22 fall into my lap. My only other Camaro is a 98 Lingenfelter M-56 SS Coupe. I also have a "rescue" 96 Comp T/A. The 69 is a fairly solid & original car. It is a repaint & not a "Barrett Jackson" car. The major deviation from stock is 4.56 gears & has had the DZ302 Rebuilt. I actually kinda dig the gear & will probably put a gearvendors gear splitter in it to make it more versatile. I need to rebuild the carb & am wondering about 17" wheels. Thanks for having me! Tim

Congrats and welcome from SW Washington State,'69 Z28's are lot of fun to drive for sure.
Back in the '70's I had a big block 427 in a '69 and my room mate had a '69 Z28 DZ302.
He liked to party more than drive so I drove his car quite a few nights out cruising while he got baked and since my '69 could down a tank of gas in a few passes up and down the gut. lol
We had a lot of fun back in those days, just wish I could remember more of it, they say if you remember the 1970's you weren't there.
