Hello everyone. My wife and I just purchased a 96 rs, 5 speed, and t-tops with 60k on it. So far it has been a very fun car and still turns heads where ever we go. I have been lurking on here for a few days and I must say I was pleased with the amount of knowledge on here.
Only pic I have so far.

We traded my old truck in on the Camaro, and at only 8mpg I was glad to see it go. It was a 98 with 6 inches of lift and 35s,154K mile and a lot of rust.Name: 100_0694.jpg

Welcome to the forum, your right about the amount of knowledge here. I would have been stuck several times if I didnt have these guys/gals to push me in the right direction.

Thanks everyone, i am really digging the info on this site i have been using the search alot and learning as much as i can about this car. I really dont have any plans to mod this car at all except wheels and tires and maybe a new head unit( I have one that was 1 week old from my truck).

Welcome to the forum! WV winters wont be too nice to your car but if you do some preventative measures it will do you just fine. Love the color and dont let anyone tell you the ground effects are too "ricer". I think they give the car more flair! The minium amount a flair for a RS should at least be 7 pieces, anything over that is up to you!

No winters for this car, I also have a lifted Jeep Liberty for DD duties. The ground effects are what sold us on the car. I have been saying for years id never own a Camaro or Mustang with a v6. But we both love everything about this car,
