OK WHERE DO I START!I JUST BOUGHT MY FIRST SECOND GENERATION CAMARO ...79 BERLINTA PAYED 1,350 FOR IT NEEDS SOME LOVE OF COURSE,I DID HAVE A 92 FIREBIRD BUT HUBBY WOULDNT LET ME KEEP BOTH SO HAD TO SELL IT : (IT ONLY HAD 80,000 ON IT WHEN I SOLD IT MINT CONDITION SO IT MADE ME SICK SHE WAS MY BABY BUT THERES ALWAYS CHOICES IN LIFE AND I JUMPED ON THIS ONE,I NEEDED A NEW PROJECT BUT MY NEW BABY WILL NOT BE GOING ANYWHERE>>>I HAVE TONES OF PLANS FOR THE 79 INSIDE IT ORIGANAL OUTSIDE HAS HAD A PAINT JOB BUT WILL BE GOING INTO BODY SHOP IN A COUPLE OF MONTHS...OK SO HERES WHAT SHE HAS IN HER SO FAR 305 V8 , 650 Holly carb, Turbo 350 tranny with shift kit, Posi track rear end, Headers, aluminum intake,DUAL EXHAUST,sub frame connectors.....MY FIRST THING SO FAR WAS TO GET HEATER WORKING DID THAT YESTERDAY AND REPLACED THE BLOWER MOTOR AND SQUIRL CAGE KNOW SHE GETS NICE AND HOT...THESE WEEK ITSTIME FOR THE ENGINE AND I WILL BE PUTTING IN SOME NEW LIFTERS AND GASKETS THINGING ABOUT A NEW MANIFOLD INTAKE...LET YOU ALL KNOW WHEN I GET THAT FAR....ANYWAYS WONTED TO SAY HI ...AND A LITTLE ABOUT MYSELF ALMOST FORGOT MY NAMES ANGIE I HAVE 4 BEAUTIFULL KIDS AND A WONDERFULL HUBBY LIVE IN SOUTH BEND INDIANA...AND BELEAVE IT OR NOT MY HUSBAND IS NOT INTO FIXING CARS SO DONT GET TO ANNOYED WITH ALL THE ? I WILL BE ASKING : )

yesterday it was farly nice and sence i dont have a heated garage i got some work done why i could...Hit the garage at about 9:00 after i seen the kids off to school plus had the day off of work so it all went as planned....got the new front end shocks on aired up the back after finding the plugs and fixing them up in the truck i was good to go .....took her for a ride and a sway bar link pin broke ...so hit the auto store and back to work i went ....and i did get hubby out there too : ) hes not that bad i think i might have given him the bug....lol...


heres my youngest helping mommy out ...shes so dam cute and loves mommys cars

 

almost forgot i started stripping the inside too...got some rubberized undercoating for the floor on the inside sence the carpets gone going to sand it and rubberize it before new goes in and have a few items ordered from year one and off of ebay...any good parts stores you know of for the interior would be helpfull.....Im redoing the inside black and having seats redone black with yellow stripes oh buy the way shes getting painted in june my bros going to help and the car will be yellow with black skunk strips yep my boys wont the bubble bee from transformers....lol told them i was a few years ahead of that car but what the hell it will look good...better then pink : }
