New From Texas
Hi, my name is Billy. I have been a fan of Camaros for as long as i can remember. I finally got the opportunity to own one. I just bought a 1989 Camaro RS. It has the 305 TBI with the 700R4 behind it. It is a project that I will drive on a daily basis for now.
Mods:
Custom gauge cluster with Equus 160mph speedo, tach, fuel gauge
A pillar gauge pod with Equus temp, oil pressure, and volt gauges
Mid length headers
K&N air filter
I cant wait to start putting money into this car. Thanks in advance for any help.

Thanks crabby. I edited my original post. I think I did it right. I wish I had more pictures but the car is at the shop getting a cat installed so it will pass inspection so I can drive it. I will post more pictures when I get it back.

Hi Billy... You sure are a short little dude standing behind that bumper... lol Like the car, i see you already have some spare wheels in there. are you considering paint colors? if so what? I have always been keen on blue and yellow 3rd gens.

craby - I finally figured out where the img code is. I will use that when I post pictures again.
scooch & greenarrow - thank you for the welcome
BudBrown - lol. That is the younger of my two boys. They both love to help me whenever I work on anything. They are great at handing me tools when I cant reach them and they love to learn everything they can.
As far as the project goes I just plan on driving it like it is for now. As time goes by I would like to complete the interior conversion to black, refinish the wheels, and eventually get the car painted. As far as the color of the paint, I havent quite decided. I like the maroon/burgandy but i have always like the 3rd gens in red with black stripes or something.
