Reduce your picture to approx 800X600
Select 'Go advanced' for the reply block
Scroll down to Manage Attachments and select it
Select Browse and search for the picture you reduced, tag i, and select Open
Back to Browse and select Upload
Attachment will upload and when you Preview post, it becomes part of the reply/post and will read 'Attached Thumbnails'

Another way is from a public album
Copy the Properties URL address of the picture
Come to reply and do the following inside image brackets as shown
[img]picture url address here[/img]
