New from San Antonio, Texas
Hey everyone, this is my first post....im from San Antonio Texas
A few years ago i had a 94 camaro...and i sold it--dumb decision on my part....i really missed it, and the ford i ended up driving just wasnt cutting it=] So about a month ago i bought myself another camaro- but this time a Z28--MUCH better...i love it....its a 6 speed, standard....with 4 10 gears and some other mods....the car is perfect except for a few minor flaws that i am working on fixing...sometimes when i start it, its kind of delayed and really has to try to start...especially if i have been driving it all day...i have asked around and most people are saying that it is the opti spark going out...is this true?--thanks, Megan

Welcome to the forum Megan, sometimes the coil can suffer from heat soak and cause that problem. I wouldn't put it on the opti going out if it runs fine after it's started. Usually when the opti starts going out they run like crap.
