Hey everyone, I just bought a '98 V6 a few weeks ago and was directed to this website after a drunk with no auto insurance sliced up my front end.


I will try and get some real pictures up shortly, maybe after the snow melts.
I initally planned on buying just an OEM replacement bumper and side frame however I'm exploring a body kit as a replacement.

5spd 3.8 V6.
Magnaflow exhaust and a Pioneer sound system with Alpine 300s and 350s all around.

My immediate goals (>$2k) are to improve her handling and her speed plus subtle changes to her looks.

Thank you, I believe i've read all of the New User posts but do I still have to wait until I post 8 more times to get access to the Exterior forums? There are only three posts that show up in there when I go look.

 

Welcome to the site.. sucks that someone ran into your car, especially when you just got it.
From what I understand, you should have access to most of the forum at this point aside from sections like Classifieds. You can swing by the 4th gen section and post some pics or start a new thread to get your post count up.
If you can't access anything, try posting in Other: Camaro Forum Issues and a moderator can assist.

Welcome to the forum. As far as I know there are no body kits that come with a replacement front bumper. There are a couple that add a bottom half to the bumper but you still need a original front bumper.

Try this site, I don't think it's up to date with the sniper kit and a few others but it has most everything out there.
