Ya I used to drive my convertible up to ashville all the time and that was great.

 

I second this, love the 2nd gens! Welcome aboard, nice looking car. I have had a few 2nd gens with T- tops, had em off only a few times, had one that I fought a leak with. Damn things were stolen around here all the times in the 80 & 90s

 

First of all.... Welcome to the Forums!! now that we have that outta the way... Keep that 2nd Gen, its awesome, one of my favorites. Keep it, upgrade it, enjoy it. Buy a 3rd Gen for your DD.
