I found a 1992 v8 but its automatic .. ND I found a z28 1996 but it inst moving ND the paint ND leather seats are jacked up . . What do yall suggest.. How should I go about finding a diamond in the ruff

Its going to take forever to find a Camaro that you really like at a price that you can afford. It took me 6 months of searching to find my Camaro.

Optis are a major issue, but definately overblown. Many issues end up resolving to a number of other issues. LT1 cars are quiet finicky and are getting up there in age and miles.

It should be on par or probably more reliable than your VW. VWs are notorious pains when it comes to sensors. MAF sensors, ABS sensors, Crank Sensors etc. I sell a ton of VW sensors.

So you should be fine.

Its looking like the 1992 v8 will be my choice.. It has 165000 miles wich ain't bad only thing is mpg ND automatic but I'll probably convert it to stick down the line if I do purchase the vehicle

How many different engine types does that year have? Wich 1 is best

In 1992, the V8 engine choices were 305 TBI in the RS, 305 TPI and the 350 TPI in the Z28 model. Do you know which one your 1992 has?

I honestly don't kno but I believe it will be a 305 because it was more common correct? @buffalo02z28

Yeah, it was more common, but which trim is this Camaro? Is it a Z28 or a RS?

Idk the difference in trim.. Looks like a rs 2 me.. I'll post a pik when I get on the computer . Either was is the 305 v8 good? If I wanted 2 beef up a little?
