Very nice car and with modern LS power she'll be a joy to drive.
I'm sure you already know but the Z28 badge is incorrect for a '67,nice touch none the less. (Of course so is the cowl hood but I like it) Six speed stick? What rear end and gears? |
Z28
Thanks for your comments
You are correct Z28 is not correct for 67 but neither is the LS1 It is a 6 speed Ford 9:in 390 gears Wilwood brakes & Master cly Tubed. Coil overs with 4 Link Rack and pinion with electric power steering Thanks again David https://cimg6.ibsrv.net/gimg/camarof...bf8b7f6223.jpg https://cimg2.ibsrv.net/gimg/camarof...e55bd11c7d.jpg |

I'm curious how well you like them because my '01 SS has 3:42's with a 6 speed and for me where I drive most of the time they are just too tall. I don't do much freeway driving (live out in the sticks with twisty mountain roads) so 6th is pretty much useless most of the time. I have a pretty radical cam as well so taking off in 1st and driving at parking lot speeds can be difficult without pushing in the clutch a lot to keep her from jerking and bucking. After quite a bit of research I settled on 3:90's and put them on my to do list for next Summer. |
Welcome, nice ride, enjoy the new journey.
