Hey guys I'm the latest and greatest kid to jump on the camaro ban-wagon with a couple of questions about my dad's 68's. He has two Camaros. One all original (that is numbers matching, never messed with). Then he has a second Junkyard bargain that we picked up for 500... My question is, is it worth hacking up the bondobargain to try and fix the 3/4 gone 327? The 500 dollar bondobargain has potential to me... Atleast the roof isn't rotted. I just want a weekend, around town, cruiser. All he sees is money, money, money. I will begin tearing down the bondobargain as soon as we sell the triumph that is wasting space in our garage...All opinions greatly appreciated, thanks, Jake.

Why would you need to hack the car apart to fix and engine? Just pull the engine. The price on 1st gens just keeps climbing so why waste a car that someone else would love to have.

Welcome man, I say go for it. You could beat some other people on this forum to actually driving your project car.

Oh, hi scooter, didn't see ya there.
