Hey, I have had my camaro for almost a year now and trying to put some new stuff in. Right now I am try to figure out what motor is in it so I can do some work toit. All I know is that it is a 350 with some type of carb. But I cant complain i got the car for free by a family freind on parole.

Well, thats pretty descriptive.... Just kidding. You can rung the numbers to see what year the mill is. Carb type should be writen on it somewhere. What are your plans?

 

I am not really sure what I want to do. My engine runs pretty strong and doesnt over heat, but car seems not to accelerate as well after like 30 mins. of driving.
Also my electrical system is screwed only my RPM gague works. It sat in a garage for a few years after they put the new motor in. Thanks i will try to look up some numbers. I just want to make it faster then it already is.

 

did it have a tittle,you check inside the trunk?

 

I dont think i have the title, its a different motor anyway they took out the TPI motor and put a 350 w/ a carb. i just dont know what kind of carb it is. I am 17 and dont know a whole lot bout cars.

haaha, ya idk the car is still in the other dudes name but we are going to put into my name in december. But ya maybe thats why i have been pulled 8 times in a year. lol

hold on what are you saying. Why would he report the car stolen he gave me the car but I cant put the title in my name till i am 18. I have only gotten one ticket and it was for seatbelt the other times were just cops being a-holes cause they see me doing stupid **** in my car. ahahah
